Yay....MAIL!

The post-woman and UPS guy have brought us some goodies!

Yesterday the new Frisbees I ordered from HyperFlite arrived. Up to this point, we've been using HyperFlite Fastback discs that I bought years ago for Bear's sister Matty (who passed away earlier this year). They are starting to get a bit beat up and not flying so straight (couldn't possibly be due to my throwing...lol).

I got Meg a couple of the SofFlite discs, the glow-in-the-dark Midnight Sun disc, and a Competition Standard Lite disc. We tried at the Midnight Sun after work last night. It glows pretty well and will be great for playing in the dark as the days grow shorter. Today we tried out one of the SofFlite discs. It flies great, has a nice grip, and is way more flexible and easy on the mouth (Meg's, not mine). Even Bear liked it, and he rarely shows any interest in Frisbee. I haven't tried the CS Lite yet, but I'm sure its great too.

Today the UPS guy brought us some cookies...Pampered Pets Peanut Butter and Honey dog cookies from Costco that is. They are wheat and corn free and made with human grade ingredients. I tried one...they're pretty good. They have oatmeal, peanut butter, soybean oil, rice flour, soy flour, flax, yogurt and egg in them. The dogs like them too! (which is great because I don't think I could eat 10 lbs of them) They are soft and easy to break into smaller pieces, but not real crumbly like some treats.

That was our excitement today.
